By accessing and using Macaroom's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars ($).
Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time and location. We are not responsible for orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
Please arrive within your designated pickup time window. If you need to modify your pickup time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for order modifications.
Quality Issues: If you experience any quality issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to: tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.
If you have specific allergen concerns, please contact us before placing your order. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
Custom orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee all customizations are possible.
Custom image uploads must comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to reject any images that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate intellectual property rights.
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices are locked at the time of order placement.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your pickup location.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macaroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
